Summary

Abbott Power Plant at the University of Illinois celebrated 75 years of service to the campus with a large open house. That experience has developed into an intentional effort to engage our customers and community to be an educational resource as well as communicate the plant’s commitment to excellence. The authors offer lessons learned on the benefits of spending the extra effort to communicate the plant is Reliable, Responsible and Ready.
