Summary

Geothermal systems have been around for decades, but if they are not implemented correctly, a system designed to save energy and money could fail to meet those goals. To understand how one of these systems can play a part in improving energy efficiency on campus, whether it’s small or large, we will look at how Miami University fit it into its strategy of reducing energy costs while simultaneously meeting its utility master plan goals.
