Summary

Montclair State University has a sustained and aggressive record of renovation and construction of its facilities to support its expanding community. Rapid expansion of physical assets and the parallel increase in student enrollment also placed a stress on the University’s aging utility infrastructure. This is a case study of MSU’s replacement of their aged CO-gen facility with a tri-gen facility and replacement the entire distribution system with the follow on of a second phase.
