Summary

Pennsylvania State University (PSU) is in the middle of its long-term plan for a sustainable future. PSU made the bold decision to convert the campus fuel supply from coal to natural gas and improve utility system resiliency. A number of challenges outside of the technical decisions were addressed in its effort to meet sustainability goals. This presentation highlights the project challenges and lessons learned on the way to a successful project execution.
