PPC Renewables, a subsidiary of Greek utility PPC SA (ATH:PPC), is looking for a partner for the construction of a biomass combined heat and power (CHP) plant with a capacity of 25 MWe and 45 MWth.
The company in late December invited expressions of interest for the project, expected to become Greece's largest biomass CHP plant. It will be located close to an existing thermal power plant of PPC in Amyntaio, in the Greek region of Western Macedonia.
