Pöyry has won a contract to provide owner’s engineer services for a gas-fired cogeneration project in Thailand, the company announced this week.
The contract from Thai project developer Global Power Synergy Public Company Ltd (GPSC) is for the first phase of a 48 MW/140 MWth plant in the eastern coastal city of Rayong.
The plant will provide power and steam to industrial users in Hemaraj Eastern Industrial Estate.
