French utility ENGIE is teaming up with real estate developer Nexity to develop a sustainable “eco-district” in Paris.
They have joined forces to transform a nine hectares plot of industrial land at La Garenne-Colombes in the Hauts-de-Seine department, showcasing the energy and environmental transition.
The bespoke ENGIE campus covering more than 120,000m² will be built in addition to housing, offices, shops and a hotel and will be energy efficient and reduce emissions.
