Summary

Mechanical and electrical specialist J S Wright has secured a £3m contract to help convert a former Honda dealership site in west London into a residential neighbourhood.

J S Wright will fit out all 191 apartments at the development in Merrick Road, Southall for Galliard Homes and Network Homes.

The new five to 14-storey building will incorporate Galliard’s new Greenview Court scheme comprising 133 properties ranging from studios to three-bed apartments.

J S Wright will equip each apartment with low pressure hot water heating, with individual radiators fed via a heat interface unit from a combined heat and power system in a central plantroom.
