Scope of Services - Installing a 700-kW/2,400-kilowatt hour (kWh) lithium-ion battery energy storage system, microgrid controller, transformer, switchboard, portable generator connection cabinet, switchgear, concrete pad, electrical ancillary equipment, minor fiber optic and security surveillance camera infrastructure, and Rule 21 Interconnection at the Tenth Avenue Marine Terminal (TAMT). Adjoining this project, a solar photovoltaic array will be installed on the roof of TAMT Warehouse B and will be interconnected as a part of this project. Contractor will coordinate with the solar photovoltaic contractor to ensure electrical connectivity and Rule 21 Interconnection
Other Details - The Information Exchange Meeting is not mandatory; however, all prospective Proposers are highly encouraged to join the meeting remotely. Photos will be uploaded on the District’s eBid system for review and reference in lieu of a Site Visit. Submission of a Proposal Package shall be evidence that the proposer has reviewed the photos and is satisfied with the conditions to be encountered if awarded the contract.
