Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower), the world’s largest district cooling services provider, announced that the company has started supplying the unique architectural icon, ‘The Residences Dorchester Collection Dubai’, located at the Business Bay area in Dubai, with 2,700 refrigeration tons (RT) of cooling energy.
According to Empower, the luxurious ‘Residences Dorchester Collection Dubai’ occupies a distinctive place among the world’s most opulent architectural icons. Developed by Omniyat Group, the building features engineering designs created by Foster and Partners, and is enriched by stunning interior designs by the Parisian Gilles & Boissier. It encompasses two interconnected towers similar to the hanging gardens of Babylon, one of which houses The Dorchester Collection’s tenth hotel and the other is an elite residential tower.
