Based on overwhelmingly positive feedback from a survey of registrants for IDEA2021, it has been determined that we will proceed with holding the physical conference and trade show event in Austin Sept 27-29, along with the virtual conference.
As many of our attendees, registrants and exhibitors suggested, we will be adhering to a range of safety and health protocols per guidance from Austin Public Health Department and the CDC. While it does not include vaccination verification, it will require masks indoors, temperature scans, and other social distance, sanitization measures and best practices.

Should conditions or plans change, we will do our best to notify IDEA attendees, speakers and exhibitors as quickly as possible.
Not planning on attending IDEA2021 in person? No problem, you can register for the virtual conference where you can enjoy all the sessions live and for up to 90 days post-conference, visit the Virtual Exhibit Hall and connect with attendees.
