IDEA serves as the US sponsor and representative to the International Energy Agency Technology Collaboration Programme on District Heating and Cooling. In that capacity, we are frequently connected to other international activities and research on district heating and cooling. Recently, the scientific and technical research community held the 17th Annual Symposium on District Heating and Cooling in Nottingham, UK.
