Thermo Systems is pleased to announce the promotion of Serge Zinger to the role of Sr. Sales Manager, US. In this role, Serge will manage Thermo Systems' regional business development and account management for the company’s domestic territories. Serge has been with Thermo Systems for nearly 14 years and an active IDEA member for most of his tenure. Serge is known for his high level of expertise in developing projects in the district energy market, including microgrids, combined heat and power, landfill gas-to-energy, and chilled and hot water distribution. He also has extensive experience within the life sciences industry, including critical HVAC and manufacturing processes, as well as the mission critical/data center market, where he has most recently become active.
Serge shows continual commitment to IDEA through his involvement at IDEA events and publications, which earned him the Chairman Award in 2019 and 2021. His past work experience includes the positions of general manager of engineering at Panasonic Electric Works and applications engineer at Deutsch Relays. Serge has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
