These appointments will aid in securing Thermo Systems’ long-term goals as we continue our path of sustainable expansion while providing high-quality automation solutions to both domestic and foreign clients.

Eric Silk has been promoted to Executive Vice President.

With over 15 years of Thermo Systems experience, Eric’s technical and leadership skills have taken him on the path to executive leadership. He provides leadership and a strategic vision for the entire company. Eric joined the company as a control systems engineer and quickly grew his experience in other business functions which propelled him to be a strong visionary and dynamic leader at Thermo Systems.

Serge Zinger has been promoted to Director, Business Development.

For the past 14 years, Serge has been leading business development efforts for Thermo Systems in the northeast. He has provided high-level expertise in developing projects in the district energy marketplace, including microgrids, combined heat and power, landfill gas-to-energy, and chilled and hot water distribution, as well as in the validated and non-validated life sciences marketplace, including building management systems and manufacturing process automation solutions. In his new role, Serge will now lead the Thermo Systems business development team globally to support the company’s growth targets.

Cory Notaro has been promoted to Director, Program Development.

After receiving his degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Delaware in 2010, Cory began his career at Thermo Systems as a control systems engineer. He quickly developed a solid technical background spanning multiple industries and now leads the mission critical programs at Thermo Systems. Cory has developed and trained a team of systems engineers in data center integrated solution design, addressing power, cooling, racks, and monitoring as an integrated discipline. Cory’s experience and passion for learning have made him a subject matter expert in the mission critical space.
