Summary
ENGIE Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd (ENGIE) and Sunway Property have teamed up to implement a district cooling system at Sunway South Quay Commercial Precinct 2 (CP2).
Both parties have entered into a build, own, operate and transfer (BOOT) agreement through ENGIE-SUNWAY DCS Sdn Bhd (ENGIE-SUNWAY).
In a joint statement on Tuesday (July 26), Sunway Property said the Sunway South Quay CP2 comprises 23 and 21-storey office blocks, a five-storey retail component and a 12-storey university block development.
