World leaders, experts, organizations and the private sector meet to tackle the urgent threat of global climate change. Together with our partners, UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre joins the efforts to prevent global temperatures from rising above 1.5C and protect our planet and people from the intensifying impacts of climate change.
We will present the latest climate science and the findings of the 2022 Emissions Gap report and Adaptation Gap Report and cover trends, needs, and tools for climate action and transparency. We will present the latest sectoral climate solutions, focusing on district energy, transport, buildings and energy, and look at the need and barriers for increased climate finance from both public and private sector.
