Summary
The scheme consists of family apartments and townhouses arranged around a central courtyard, which is shared by the wider community. It is the first development to emerge from Gascoigne East Phase 2, at the centre of one of London’s largest estate regeneration projects.
Roof-mounted PV panels and connection to the district heating network help contribute to energy savings, exceeding 40 per cent of operational CO2 emissions against Building Regulations at the time of planning in 2019. The scheme also includes 102 cycle parking spaces.
