Summary
Two companies making equipment and controls solutions for managing heat networks will combine their expertise in order to offer low carbon and energy efficient solutions at scale
Heat network technology provider Evinox and controls and software specialist Minibems are merging their operations with the aim to provide smarter, more efficient district heating.
The merger of the companies will be backed with additional funding from investment group SET Ventures to ensure the decarbonisation of both existing and new district heating systems with controls and technologies that are more energy efficient.
