ENGIE has also taken on the responsibility of developing and operating the Mirfa 2 Reverse Osmosis Independent Water Project, valued at USD800 million. This project, with a daily water production capacity of 20 million gallons, is slated to begin operations in 2026, and ENGIE plans to finalize its financial closure and commence construction in the coming weeks.
