Global engineering, design and sustainability consultancy group Ramboll has announced that Phil Hodges has been appointed as the UK head of energy to lead the company’s growing energy division.
Hodges joins Ramboll following seven years as managing director for engineering company AFRY Solutions Ltd, where he led the UK & Ireland engineering consulting function and renewables business in the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands.
Tina Kramer Kristensen, Ramboll’s global energy director, added: “We are specifically growing our capabilities in the UK within Power-to-X/hydrogen; Carbon Capture, Utilisation & Storage; green gases; district energy and offshore wind. Our aim is to consolidate a globally leading market position within the green energy sector. Phil has the leadership experience, sector expertise and passion to help us achieve this, and I look forward to welcoming him to our team”.
