Bouygues company Equans said on Monday that it has agreed with Swiss Life Asset Managers and Schroders Greencoat consortium for the sale of its district heating and cooling network activities in the U.K.
The agreement, signed on Friday, gives the business an aggregate enterprise value of around 270 million pounds ($334.3 million) including IFRS 16 liabilities.
The assets to be sold, known as Equans Urban Energy, include East London Energy Limited and Equans DE Holding Company Limited, Equans said, adding that Humber Energy will also be included in the transaction.
