Job Summary:
As a Sales Engineer, you'll be a vital part of our Sales team, focusing on commercial opportunities and providing technical expertise for RFPs. You'll work closely with team members to develop technical estimates and proposals while seeking guidance from project leads and company leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of Thermo Systems' offerings and unique value propositions.
  • Develop expertise in industrial automation, including hardware, software, and network components.
  • Author technical proposals and develop full-scope technical estimates.
  • Analyze RFPs to understand and communicate scope requirements.
  • Develop and coordinate RFIs, ensuring compliance with client standards.
  • Attend sales calls and meetings while coordinating with various teams.
  • Support the development of internal estimating tools and maintain project documentation.
  • Engage with the Marketing team and Subject Matter Experts to align strategies.
  • Uphold professional conduct, provide excellent customer support, and strive for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the job location.
