Summary
A contract of nearly $5.4 million has been awarded to Rissling Services Ltd. to install roughly 1,000 metres of insulated steel pipe, service connections, a leak detection system and communication conduit to support “future development and potential connections” to Surrey’s District Energy System.
City council set a spending limit of $5,930,000 when it approved the $5,390,408.10 contract, with the work expected to begin in April and be done by December.
