Montenegro's government said it has opened a tender for stages 2 and 3 of the project for the construction of a district heating system in the northern city of Pljevlja, home of the country's sole thermal power plant, TE Pljevlja.
The 9 million euro ($9.3 million) tender, VAT included, requires works on building 4 km of primary hot water pipeline that will connect TE Pljevlja to the Pljevlja city, the government's capital projects administration said in a tender invitation last week.
