Projects in Leeds, Maidstone, Cranbrook and London have received £34m to distribute heat from waste incinerators and heat pump upgrades
The Green Heat Network Fund (GHNF) has granted an additional £34m to heat network projects, bringing the total awarded to more than £380m over two years.
Funding was awarded to projects that will harness heat from waste incineration plants in Leeds, Maidstone and Cranbrook, as well as a network in London that is upgrading to heat pumps.
