Global commitments are still falling short on what is needed to limit the rise in global temperature to 1.5°C according to the IEA.
It says that in order to stay on the pathway to net zero, massive deployment of energy technologies like renewables, EVS and energy efficient building retrofits are needed.
Müller reports that it is making great strides when it comes to decarbonisation progress.
It says that the company now runs using 100% renewable electricity across its manufacturing operations.
Müller has also invested in combined heat and power technology which will improve the company's energy efficiency through recovering heat generated onsite and reusing it within its production process.
