Multi-utility network operator, ESP Utilities Group, has agreed a strategic partnership with Vistry to adopt heat networks across four existing sites to support the housebuilder in the transition of its operating model.
The agreement will see ESP adopt 2,200 of Vistry’s existing heat network connections and the customers they serve. There is also a suite of group-approved contracts in place for new opportunities, providing Vistry regions with a consistent and ready-to-use framework for engaging with ESP.
Under the partnership, ESP will assume responsibility for the ongoing operation and management of Vistry’s existing district heat network portfolio and associated customer base, while also supporting the delivery of infrastructure across two new sites.
