The UK’s energy department has unveiled fresh plans to fund heat network upgrades to lower household energy bills.
This follows the government’s pledge in January to allocate £195 million a year to a green heat network fund, and £15m a year through to the end of the decade from its warm homes plan to a heat network efficiency scheme.
