Dubai’s MGM Resort megaproject is on track and will be open in the third quarter of 2028.
Empower sized the network at 23,853 refrigeration tons and said the system is designed to meet the varied requirements of the island’s facilities while reducing energy use and carbon emissions.
Empower also records that its district cooling systems can save up to 50% of energy versus conventional air conditioning and that it already serves more than 21% of Dubai’s hotels.
