Summary
A mix of apartments, duplexes and penthouses – ranging from one to three bed – are organised around eight cores to maximise dual-aspect living for its residents.
The low-carbon building is connected to a site-wide district energy centre and incorporates an underground waste collection system to free up the ground floor for more active uses and engagement with the street. There are PVs throughout, and rooftop and landscape spaces incorporate SuDS and rainwater harvesting.
