Excellent Design Framework Awards
WSP’s building services expertise is supporting Lee Garden Eight’s innovative use of modular multi-trade integrated mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MiMEP) solutions across 85% of the development, helping to reduce environmental impact while enhancing safety and efficiency. The project will also feature Hong Kong’s first commercial distributed district cooling system supported through elevated pedestrian footbridges.
