Ready to lead and make an impact? OUC – The Reliable One – is looking for an expert Lead Journeyman Chiller Mechanic to keep Orlando’s chilled water plants running at peak performance. In this role, you’ll take charge of troubleshooting, maintaining, and overhauling large centrifugal chillers and key HVAC systems. You’ll lead technicians and contractors, support planning, and ensure equipment stays reliable, efficient, and safe.
We’re looking for a seasoned pro with at least 10 years of chiller maintenance experience, factory chiller training, a High School Diploma or GED, EPA Universal 608 certification, and a valid driver’s license. You must be confident working on 1000‑ton and larger centrifugal chillers and supervising major compressor and component rebuilds.
