As the Vice President of Commercial Development at CenTrio, Leslie Fangman is responsible for advancing strategic district energy projects, strengthening client relationships, developing the business development strategy, advancing geographic growth, and supporting staff development. She effectively manages client relationships and serves as a client manager for major customers by supervising, mentoring, and collaborating with staff who lead client accounts. She is also an educational speaker and conducts seminars and various events in the market regarding Energy Districts, Green Energy technology, and P3 project delivery. Leslie holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Montana State University.
