The Hilton Chicago will be the host hotel for IDEA2023. Overlooking Grant Park and Lake Michigan, the Hilton Chicago Hotel is about a 30-minute drive from O’Hare International Airport. It is in the heart of downtown Chicago with plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. The hotel has a heated indoor pool, a hot tub with a seasonal sundeck, a modern fitness center and an on-site business center.
The Hilton offers great onsite dining options: 720 South Bar & Grill serving local cuisine and craft beers for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Kitty O’Sheas Irish pub provides entertainment; Herb N' Kitchen offers light fare, meals to go, and coffee and the hotel offers room service.
IDEA has secured a special room rate for its attendees at the Hilton Chicago Hotel. Single/double rates are $259 US. This rate will be available until May 13, 2023 or until the block is full.

A credit card is required to make a reservation and will be charged with the first night's deposit, refundable up to 72 hours in advance of check-in. Hotel’s check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
