The Hilton Chicago is the host hotel and venue for the IDEA2023 conference program and exhibit hall. IDEA has secured special rates for IDEA2023 attendees at the Hilton Chicago as well as a number of overflow hotels across the city.

The Hilton Chicago is the host hotel for IDEA2023. Overlooking Grant Park and Lake Michigan, the Hilton Chicago Hotel is about a 30-minute drive from O’Hare International Airport. It is also a half an hour subway ride or drive from Midway Airport.

At this time, the block of rooms reserved for IDEA2023 attendees at the Hilton Chicago Hotel is currently SOLD OUT. While the Hilton Chicago may have rooms available, you will need to reserve with the hotel directly by visiting their Website or calling them at +1 (312) 922-4400.

The Hilton Chicago is in the heart of downtown Chicago with plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. The hotel has a heated indoor pool, a hot tub with a seasonal sundeck, a modern fitness center and an on-site business center.

The Hilton offers great onsite dining options: 720 South Bar & Grill serving local cuisine and craft beers for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; Kitty O’Sheas Irish pub provides entertainment; Herb N' Kitchen offers light fare, meals to go, and coffee and the hotel offers room service.

The Hilton Chicago block has sold out, but IDEA has blocks of rooms available at the following hotels.

Due to a number of large events across the city that overlap with the kick-off of IDEA 2023, rooms are in very limited supply, and rates over those dates at downtown hotels are at a premium. If you haven't reserved your hotel room for this conference, we strongly encourage you to do so.
