Bio

John Strybos is a registered Professional Engineer and a Certified Energy Manager with more than 30 years of experience in the design, construction and management of a wide range of innovative projects.

Some of these projects include: $35,000,000 Public Private Partnership Tobin Lofts at San Antonio College, $450,000,000 District Wide Capital Improvement Program projects, LEED Certified Eco Centro Building at SAC, $20,000,000 utility efficiency projects including 3 thermal energy storage tanks, recycled water line, and solar panel installations, and $150,000,000 Maintenance Tax Notes funded renovation projects.

Mr. Strybos has made presentations on Facilities Operations and Construction Management to a variety of organizations including Society for College and University Planning (SCUP), Association of Physical Plant Administrators (APPA), IBM Pulse Conference, Texas College and University Facilities Professionals (TCUF), International Conference of Enhanced Building Operations (ICEBO), and Council of Educational Facilities Planners International (CEFPI). Mr. Strybos has received recognition from Clean Air Through Energy Efficiency (CATEE) for Outstanding Government Organization.
