Doug Davis is a graduate Engineer from Purdue University. Doug has been involved in the design, sales and installation of over 100,000 tons of commercial chillers in North America, Korea, Russia and numerous CCHP projects throughout North America. Positions held include Sales Engineer and Account Executive for the Trane Company, Manager of Engineering Sales with McQuay International-Daikin in New York City.
Doug worked for Columbia University where he was responsible for the installation of a few large Absorption plants on the Medical School Campus. Doug is currently a Director at Broad U.S.A. is a global manufacturer of Absorption Chillers and Sustainable buildings. Doug is a member of ASHRAE Technical Committee 8.3 ABSORPTION AND HEAT OPERATED MACHINES as well a new member chair of the CHP association based in Washington DC.
