I am a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas with over twenty years of experience in power generation in nuclear and fossil-fuel plants. I currently work for the Department of Utilities and Energy Management at the University of Texas at Austin, primarily on plant operations, equipment installation, and system improvement projects. I also teach courses in power generation and advanced technologies at Austin Community College to prepare students for technical positioning in the utilities, manufacturing and industrial workforce.
Specialties: Specialize in campus district energy systems, including combined-cycle generation systems, large chilling plant systems, district heating and utility distribution systems. Current focus on energy optimization and efficiency improvements in new and existing plant equipment.
