A Path to Neutrality – Princeton University Infrastructure Master Plan

02-26-2019 12:15

Summary

Due to campus growth and desire to address aging infrastructure in the face of bold carbon targets, Princeton University completed an Infrastructure Master Plan. Planning included analysis of heat recovery and energy storage opportunities, steam-to-hot water conversions, and water reclamation schemes that all have potential to reduce life-cycle costs and emissions without compromising reliability of the existing CHP system. This plan will guide Princeton on a path to the low carbon campus of the future.
