With projected 75% campus square footage growth by 2037, Texas A&M University recently updated its utility and energy master plan. Efforts included thermal and electrical capacity evaluations, steam system and cooling tower condition assessments, demand-side planning, and programming for a new Utilities Service Center. This plan supports and justifies Texas A&M’s future projects to ensure utilities are effectively provided to its growing campus in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner.
