District Energy System Performance & Savings: Approaches to Maximize End Use Performance

06-23-2019 16:23

Much effort and scrutiny is applied to the performance and reliable design of district energy systems. However, the efficiency and reliability of these systems can easily be compromised by poor operation of the cooling and heating loads they serve. Ownership delegation or perceived lines of responsibility and accountability deter a holistic approach needed to maximize efficiency and reliability. This presentation will highlight the importance addressing end-user and building load performance by explaining value-based approaches for retro-commissioning and maintenance programs to achieve top performance.
