Summary

This presentation will highlight lessons learned, successes, and hurdles the State of Maryland experienced in designing and implementing its Combined Heat and Power Program, Demand Response program, and energy storage programs. Further, it will take a deeper dive into how to structure programs to drive innovation and successful results but also to spur economic activity.
