Summary

EMU is replacing a failed 28-year-old CHP Plant. EMU has elected to replace the existing CHP Plant with a new 7.8 MW and 90 MMBTU HRSG. The existing CHP Plant was supplemented electrically by DTE and thermally by two 1960’s vintage 100 MMBTU boilers.
