Absorption chillers offer numerous possibilities for resilient and clean cooling, particularly for district cooling, CHP, and micro-grid applications such as education campuses. This highly sustainable technology is being successfully deployed globally and shouldn’t be overlooked, especially with the growth in campuses. The session discusses the absorption cooling technology and its ability to save energy, water, and reduce emissions (de-carbonization). Advances in its reliability and flexibility of operation are presented.
