Session Abstract

A concerted effort is needed to champion the transition towards sustainable energy.  The government, local utility, port authority and Rolls-Royce are demonstrating their Sustainable Energy commitment by installing state-of-art sustainable solution at Duisport, Germany – the largest inland port in Europe. Photovoltaics, BESS and hydrogen solutions integrated with smart controls will deliver electrical and heat energy to the port, setting new standards in climate-friendly energy supply and facility operation.
