On May 31, 2019, the Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA) submitted its final report to the Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia in the Modernizing the Energy Delivery System for Increased Sustainability (MEDSIS) effort. The MEDSIS working group process kicked off in August 2018, and were tasked with providing a set of recommended actions and next steps to the District of Columbia Public Service Commission. The MRC, along with other industry government, consulting, and advocacy groups, worked together over the last 9 months to share ideas and lessons learned and provide a draft report for the Commission.
