Summary

The City and County of Denver, Mayor’s Office of the National Western Center, seeks information - with the intent to inform a future solicitation - to select a campus energy partner for the National Western Center (NWC), on behalf of the NWC Authority, as described below. The purpose of this RFI is to get input from the marketplace on innovative approaches for developing a technically and financially feasible campus-wide energy system (including both thermal and electrical) for the 250-acre National Western Center in Denver, Colorado (the “Program”). Firms submitting a response to this RFI are asked to clearly articulate feasible financial and technical partnership approaches to meeting energy goals for this unique campus and delivering the anticipated Scope of Services.
