Summary

The District Energy community is experiencing a rapidly growing shift from steam to heating hot water distribution, as campuses seek more efficient and reliable distributed heating systems. This presentation will provide the viewer with an analysis comparing the systems in terms of system longevity, reliability, maintenance, energy expenditure and first costs. Design considerations will be discussed as will selected case study applications.
