TFC’s North Austin Complex is a modern campus that was constructed to meet the TFC's space needs through the mid-century. The TFC implemented a coordinated design of the chilled water plant and the campus electric system, saving 32% of the campus utility costs. We will present case study data detailing the the specific vendor and utility coordination, design steps, and project hurdles this successful district energy project encountered and utilized during its design and construction.
