A delegation from the District Cooling Services Department at Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) has visited the District Cooling Stations at Qatar University as part of its functions and role in monitoring and regulating the district cooling services in the country.
The visit included three working stations and one under construction, which provide all faculties and facilities of the university which currently exceeds 63 buildings and 10 buildings under construction in addition to the university housing with district cooling services, with a current cooling capacity of 31,000 tonnes cooling and a future capacity of 56,000 tonnes cooling.
