Leslie Duke, the new CEO of Burns & McDonnell, is taking on the role during a time of tremendous importance and opportunity, as the United States is experiencing a construction renaissance fueled by a massive investment in infrastructure at levels not seen since the New Deal nearly 90 years ago.
